I would like to know what the status is regarding: 

• an application for a residence permit (except for renewals) for a migrant worker/highly-skilled migrant 
• a renewal application for a residence permit for a migrant worker/highly-skilled migrant  
• a highly-skilled migrants scheme certificate sent / application for log-in codes            

  
Miscellaneous:

• I have problems with the forms module (technical problems and/or log-in problems)
