1. In order to be able to use the highly skilled migrant procedure, you must fill out the declaration and sign it.  You will find this declaration in the highly skilled migrant and company module.

2. You send the declaration with the required annexes to the IND office for labour and highly skilled migrants. This declaration must not be signed by a third party (for instance an authorised representative).

3. Once the IND has received the declaration, you will be sent a confirmation of receipt.  If the IND requires additional information, you will be informed of this in writing.  If everything is in order, you will receive a login name and a password.  This will give you access to the application forms in the highly skilled migrant and company module.
